Jessie was watching the brats through her binoculars, while James and Meowth were leaning against a tree, chatting airily.
“Jessie should stop with that obsession of following those twerps 24 hours a day!” – said Meowth.
“Yeah… we almost have no time to…” – started James, stopping when he noticed that he was thinking out aloud.
“What do you almost have no time to do, huh, James?” – asked Meowth, grinning maliciously.
With that comment, Jessie started paying more attention to their conversation than to the brats.
“Err… to eat! … oh my god, that was terrible!... We don’t have time to rest! Yeah, that is it!” – answers James, all muddle-headed.
“Riiiiiiiiiight… You know what?!?” – said Meowth.
“What?!?” – asked James, interested.
“I think Jessie has a crush on that Ash brat!” – said Meowth, matter-of-factly.
That made Jessie go blind with anger. She could see no brats anymore. All she could see was her frying pan and Meowth’s head waiting for it.
“What the hell did you just say, Meowth?!?” – asked Jessie, getting menacingly closer and closer to Meowth with the frying pan in her hands.
“Err… uh… err… nothing, Jess! Nothing!” – answered Meowth, flinching in fear.
Jessie gathered all her strength and hit Meowth with her frying pan, making Meowth flee high up in the sky.
James poked Jessie lightly on the arm and she turned around, still looking very angry.
“Jess, what Meowth said is not true, right? You don’t have a crush on that brat, do you? I am your only love Nidoking, right?” – asked James, shyly.
James got hit very hard by Jessie’s frying pan for that question. Then she went back to her observation spot behind the bushes, but was not able to find them anymore.
“Damn it! Do you have any idea what you have done?!? Now I have no idea where those twerps are!” – yelled Jessie, even angrier.
She then grabs James and Meowth, pulling them in the gym direction.
“You guys are getting in this gym with me right now!!!!” – demanded Jessie, leaving no chance for complaints.
